This project is a three-story addition to the St Ignatius church in Cincinnati, Ohio, and represents the first of four phases scheduled to be built on this campus. Located on the first floor of the addition is the Hilvert Center, a large assembly hall used for parish-wide functions. The Parish offices, several meeting and conference rooms, as well as the main floor of the Rectory are located on the second floor. The third floor has the living quarters for the Rectory.

The addition was designed to provide the parish with new parish offices, much-needed conference and meeting facilities, and a new rectory. The primary part of this facility is Hilvert Center, providing a space the capable of holding large parish functions. In the future phase when the church will be renovated and expanded, the parish will hold Mass in the Hilvert Center.
